Announcement on the Open Project of Walnut Puzzle Mechanism Research Project

All relevant units and personnel:

In accordance with the project requirements of the "Research on walnut puzzle mechanism", in order to further clarify the walnut puzzle mechanism, the 2021 open project declaration announcement is hereby issued:

1.

Supports basic theoretical research and applied research related to walnut puzzle, but does not support product development research

2.

Research on the nootropic mechanism of protein, peptide, unsaturated fatty acid and other substances in walnut and its products

3.

It is estimated that the implementation period of the funded projects will be 3 years, and each funding amount will be RMB 80,000-100,000 per year

4.

(1) The applicant must be the actual host of the applied project, should have (including) an intermediate professional and technical title, and be affiliated with a scientific research institute, university or other related food nutrition and health sciences

(2) The applicant and the main members of the project team should have the ability to implement the project and sufficient time guarantee, and the applicant's unit has a good research foundation and conditions

(3) Encourage cooperation with hospitals to apply

(4) Applications that have received funding from other scientific research funds that are similar to the submitted research content will not be funded

(5) The application of relevant personnel and affiliated personnel of the project issuing unit will not be funded

Before January 20, 2022, send the word electronic version of the application form (see the attachment for the format) to the email address : lisiting@btbu.

6.

(1) Organize experts to review the declared projects, determine the funding project and funding amount based on the review results, and notify the person in charge of the selected project

(2) In principle, within 30 working days of receiving the funding notification, the selected project unit/person in charge must complete and sign the project funding contract, otherwise it will be deemed to have given up funding
.

(3) After signing the funding contract, the project unit/person in charge shall provide VAT invoices as required
.

8.
Other matters needing attention

(1) The project implementation start time will all start on February 15, 2022
.

(2) Applications that are similar to projects that have received other scientific research funding will not be accepted and funded
.

(3) If project research involves ethics, it shall comply with ethical principles, conduct ethical review in accordance with relevant national regulations, and submit the review opinions of the ethics committee
.

(4) Project expenditures include personnel expenses (not more than 30%) and scientific research business expenses
.

(5) Submit a research report every year, and attach relevant data, materials, physical objects, research results, and published papers
.
