According to the official information released by the SouthFoodSafety Bureau on May 27, 2022: From May 18, 2022 to May 25, 2022, the Food Safety Branch of An Giang Province, Vietnam will conduct inspections with the Health Department and the Health Center of Jingbian Distri.
Food safety and hygiene work to ensure food hygiene and safety, food poisoning prevention, and medical support for the 2022 Anjiang International Trade Fa.
The inspection is mainly to inspect the catering establishments of Cambodian participants and delegates, aiming to prevent and timely detect possible food poisoning ris.
Inspections include: source of food ingredients, menus, ice making facilities, food preparation and food service areas, water quality, utensils,e.
It is reported that during the exhibition, law enforcement officers have tried their best to do a good job in food safety inspection and supervision, and prevent any incidents related to food hygiene and safety from happeni.
