Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that can lead to cognitive and neurological disorders, and ultimately lead to loss of autonomy and independent living ability
    .

It is estimated that 11% of people over 65 will develop AD

Women’s lifetime risk of AD is twice that of men, accounting for more than 60% of patients with the disease.

Preventive diagnosis If the onset of AD is delayed by 1 year in 2020, it will lead to a reduction of approximately 9 million cases in 2050.

Recently, researchers have adopted a new combination of text mining and natural language processing strategies to identify (1) AD risk factors in the PubMed database, (2) treatment methods that can target risk factor pathways, and (3) support research on treatment methods
    .

In order to classify the literature related to AD prevention strategies, the researchers developed a protein-protein interaction correlation score (RS) based on STRING (search tool for retrieving interacting genes/proteins) and a Bayesian inference based correlation score (RS).

The researchers identified 364 AD risk factors based on TRAP's mining of 9625 publications
    .

According to indications of risk factors identified 629 kinds of Food and Drug Administration Bureau approved drugs

There are 16 kinds of management with more than one clinical study supporting the drug to reduce the risk of AD .
In the categories of lipid-lowering, anti-inflammatory, hormone and metabolism-related drugs, there are top-ranking therapeutic drugs with high confidence .
There are 16 kinds of clinical studies supporting the drug to reduce the risk of AD.
