(Cancer Evolution and Transfer) album in the second half of 2020, soliciting contributions from a wide range of oncologists at
. The special feature featured Christina Curtis from Stanford University in the United States and Florian Markowetz from Cancer Research UK as guest editors, and
was welcome to learn more about the draft and how to contribute.multi-group big data research makes us gradually change the view of tumor occurrence and development, modern tumor evolution concept often from the perspective of dynamic groupization to understand the occurrence and development of tumor. To borrow evolutionary perspectives, tumor cells can be thought of as individuals in a heterogeneic group, and like other animal and plant groups we know, they have a very strong heterogeneity -- between tumors and tumors. Over time, an existing tumor cluster can be transformed into a completely different group of tumors with changes in the micro-environment or the effectiveness of treatment options.
these changes are occurring gradually, and understanding this dynamic process can help us turn cancer from a deadly disease into a chronic disease. Genome Biology hopes the album will showcase the breakthrough findings of cancer researchers in the mechanisms of cancer-driven evolution, heterogeneity and metastasis.
this album will receive contributions from Research, Method, Report Short, and Database on topics including, but not limited to, the following areas:
. Genetic Mechanisms for Cancer Occurrence and Development
. Oscic Genetic Mechanisms
. Metastasis
. Tumor Heterogeneity New tools and technologies for analyzing the above
