In addition, pharmaceutical online retail enterprises need to check the authenticity of prescriptions when selling prescription drugs to individuals, and shall also establish an online pharmacy service system, where pharmacists or other pharmacy technicians who have been certified in accordance with the law carry out prescription review and allocation, and guide rational drug use

Third-party platforms are also facing strict supervision, requiring the establishment of drug quality and safety management institutions, the allocation of pharmaceutical technicians to undertake drug quality and safety management, and the establishment and implementation of management systems
