ADAMA acquires AgriNova in New Zealand

ADAMA Corporation today announced the acquisition of AgriNova New Zealand Ltd

According to ADAMA, AgriNova develops, produces and sells crop protection products, plant growth regulators, biological solutions and phytonutrients for the horticultural market

The acquisition will help ADAMA diversify its portfolio for the New Zealand market and complement its existing business to prepare the company for entry into the bioprotection, plant nutrition and plant growth regulator markets

ADAMA said that AgriNova's product line targets horticulture, while ADAMA's focus on field and feed crops in the New Zealand market is highly complementary and can expand the company's
