The construction site of the project is Area A of Linhe Comprehensive Project Area of Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base
Relying on the engineering and technical experience of the company's existing gasification process, the project adopts the Beijing Aerospace pulverized coal pressurized gasification process, the low-temperature methanol washing adopts the Linde technology, and the DMTO adopts the first-generation technology of the Dalian Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (single system 500,000 tons/year); The olefin separation adopts the technology of American KBR company; the polypropylene PP unit adopts the Lyondellbasell gas phase method, and the EVA unit adopts the Basel high-pressure tube type; the sulfur recovery adopts the high temperature Claus in the furnace + two-stage low temperature catalytic Claus + hydrogenation reduction + selection The exhaust gas is incinerated and sent to the power island of Linhe Industrial Park (entering two sets of desulfurization systems in the power station)
