    Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is characterized by extensive fibrous connective hyperplasia in which cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are one of the most critical stromal cells in the tumor microenvironment


    Autophagy is a lysosome-dependent protein degradation process that plays an important role in the tumor microenvironment
