Recently, the world’s first circulating fluidized bed fly ash incinerator using the gasification fly ash incineration power generation technology of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has achieved full-load and stable operation in Gao’an, Jiangxi.

Gasification fly ash is a solid waste produced by coal gasification.

To this end, the circulating fluidized bed laboratory of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has developed a gasification fly ash incineration power generation technology

Jiangxi Gaoan 130t/h ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure circulating fluidized bed fly ash incinerator with reheating circulating fluidized bed gas furnace produces ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure steam for power generation by purely burning the gasified fly ash residue generated by the circulating fluidized bed gas furnace

The project uses the organic coupling of gasification fly ash incineration power generation technology and circulating fluidized bed coal gasification technology to convert coal into clean gas and building materials, providing stamina for local gathering development of new kinetic energy and realizing industrial upgrading, and is transforming the ceramic industry.
