Hunan Province will vigorously support the relocation and transformation of chemical production enterprises and the construction of infrastructure in chemical parks, provide subsidies for loan discounts, infrastructure investment and employee resettlement subsidies for the relocation and transformation of chemical production enterprises, and encourage chemical enterprises to withdraw from the city and enter the park for transformation and development

The Hunan Provincial Finance will arrange a special subsidy fund of 200 million yuan each year in 6 years to support the relocation and transformation of chemical production enterprises along the Yangtze River

Among them, 100 million yuan will be arranged from the existing special funds of the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, and the Provincial Emergency Department, and the provincial finance will add 100 million yuan

When arranging local bonds, the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance will give preference to areas with relocation and transformation tasks, and relevant financial institutions in Hunan Province will give priority to providing relevant financial services to chemical relocation and transformation enterprises
