announced on October 11 that the company, the People's Government of Weng'an County, Guizhou Province and Wengfu Group signed the "Agreement of Intent for Investment and Cooperation of Phosphorus Chemical Recycling Integration Industrial Chain Project" in Weng'an County,
Guizhou Province on October 8.

According to the announcement, Jiangshan Co.
, Ltd.
intends to cooperate with Wengfu Group to build a phosphorus chemical recycling integrated industrial chain project in the Fine Chemical Park of Weng'an Economic Development Zone in Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, and build the third domestic production base
in addition to Nantong and Zhijiang bases.
The total investment of the project is tentatively estimated at 22 billion yuan
.

Jiangshan said that this investment is expected to further enhance the company's competitive advantage, further enhance risk resistance, and strongly support the realization
of the company's medium- and long-term strategic goals.
